Are your soaps handmade? Yes. Our soaps and gift sets are made and put together by hand in small batches.
What is TFM and why does it matter? TFM (total fatty matter) is the share of a soap bar that is actual soap, as opposed to water and fillers. The grade is printed on each product page. A higher TFM generally means a harder bar that lasts longer in the shower.
Are the soaps sulphate free? Yes. Our soaps are sulphate free.
Which soaps use essential oils? Our aromatherapy soaps are scented with essential oils, and the key oils for each soap are listed on its product page. Our Mini Snaan Thali soaps are glycerin soaps.
Can I use these soaps on my face? Our soaps are made for the body. If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test on your inner forearm first and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
Are the soaps suitable for sensitive skin? Everyone's skin is different. We list every key ingredient so you can choose with confidence. If you know you react to a particular oil or botanical, check the product page before you order.
How do I use the soap? Wet the bar and the skin, lather, massage gently and rinse well. Keep the bar on a draining soap dish between uses so it stays firm and lasts longer.
How should I store it? Keep soaps dry, away from direct water and sunlight. Store candles in a cool, dry place.
What is in the gift sets? Each gift set page lists exactly what is inside, with photos. Contents differ by set, and may include soaps, Sugandhi Utane, Abhyanga Oil and candles, arranged on an arecanut plate.
Can I send a gift directly to someone? Yes. Enter their address at checkout and add a short message in the order note. Prices are never included in the parcel.
Can I order in bulk or for a corporate gift? Yes, please write to floria.marketplace@gmail.com with your quantity, date and city of delivery, and we will get back to you.
