Shipping policy

Where we ship. We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm delivery to your address. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch. Orders are packed by hand and dispatched within [2 to 3] working days of payment confirmation. During festive seasons such as Diwali, dispatch can take a little longer; we will mention any change on the product page and by email.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes [3 to 5] working days to metro cities and [5 to 8] working days to the rest of India. These are estimates, and remote pincodes or courier delays can add time.

Shipping charges. Shipping is [Rs. 60 per order]. Orders above [Rs. 1000] ship free. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. When your parcel ships, we email and message you a tracking link. If you have not received it within 3 working days of ordering, write to us.

Gift orders. Sending a gift to someone else? Enter their address as the shipping address. We never include prices in the parcel, and you can add a short message at checkout in the order note.

Damaged or delayed parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, please see our Refund and returns policy. If it has not arrived within [10] working days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier.
