1. About these terms. This website is operated by Floria Naturals. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Refund and returns policy and Shipping policy.
2. Products and information. We take care to describe our soaps, oils, candles and gift sets accurately. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the product, and handmade items can vary a little in shape, texture and colour from one batch to the next. Product images are for illustration. Ingredient lists and usage directions on the product page and on the label apply.
3. Use and safety. Our products are for external use only. Do a patch test before first use, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Candles should never be left burning unattended. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
4. Prices and payment. All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices or correct errors at any time, and we may cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store your card details.
5. Orders and availability. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Items are sold while stock lasts, and gift sets are made in limited batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Discount codes. Codes are valid only for the period and products stated, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
7. Intellectual property. The Floria Naturals name, logo, product names, photographs, packaging artwork and website text belong to Floria Naturals. Please do not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Reviews and content you share. If you post a review or tag us on social media, you allow us to display it with your first name. We may remove content that is abusive or misleading.
9. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Palghar have jurisdiction, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
11. Grievance officer. In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise a complaint with our grievance officer at contact@florianaturals.com, +91 976 721 7909. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.
12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom shows the latest version.
