Sandalwood has been sacred in India for longer than most civilisations have existed. It was used in royal courts for anointing, in temples for worship, in Ayurveda for skin healing and in bridal rituals for luminosity. The reason it lasted across every era is the same reason it is in this soap: alpha-santalol, the primary active compound in real Sandalwood essential oil, has documented anti-inflammatory, skin-cooling and genuine calming properties.
This soap is centred on pure Sandalwood (Chandan) essential oil. Not synthetic sandalwood fragrance — the actual cold-pressed oil. Around it, six more therapeutic oils work in support: calming Lavender prepares the mind for rest. Patchouli grounds. Ylang Ylang balances mood and skin. Geranium tones and refines. Palmarosa hydrates and conditions. Turmeric brightens quietly. Tea Tree keeps things clean.
The base is Olive Oil, Coconut Oil and Wheat Germ Oil — 82% TFM Grade 1. The lather is rich and creamy. The rinse is complete. And the fragrance — warm, woody, resinous, unmistakably Chandan stays with you after the shower. Not loudly. Just present. The way real Sandalwood always is.
Some soaps smell like Sandalwood. This soap is Sandalwood.
