2. Shipping Partner and Delivery Timelines
2.1 Shipping Carrier: We utilize reliable third-party courier services, such as Delhivery, to facilitate the efficient shipment and delivery of our products across India.
2.2 Delivery Dependence: While we ensure timely dispatch, the final delivery of the order is handled entirely by the third-party courier service. As such, the actual delivery timeline is dependent on the operational efficiency of the courier partner, the distance of the delivery location, and local logistics circumstances.
2.3 Estimated Delivery Window: Once your order has been dispatched, the typical estimated delivery window across India is within three (3) to seven (7) working days of the dispatch date. This timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
3. Shipping Charges and Tracking
3.1 Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout page before payment is processed.
3.2 Tracking Information: Upon dispatch of your order, we will share the necessary tracking details (including the courier partner name and tracking number) via email and/or SMS. It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment using the provided details.
4. Risk, Liability, and Damages
4.1 Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the ordered products passes to the customer upon handover to the third-party courier service. Floria Naturals' liability ceases once the order is successfully dispatched.
4.2 Force Majeure and Delays: Floria Naturals shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural calamities, civil unrest, strikes, or unexpected service disruptions by the third-party carrier.
4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: In the rare event that your product is received damaged or incorrect, the terms outlined in our Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy will exclusively govern the procedure for replacement or refund. You must adhere strictly to the 7-day claim window specified in that policy.
